The Bash social media content strategy
I joined The Bash team on the ground floor, when it was in start-up mode and hadn’t built any brand awareness yet. Rather than being a traffic driver, our social media goals focused on filling our newsfeeds with content that established a brand identity and a credible business presence.
Dean & DeLuca social media management
Dean & DeLuca had a lot of excitement going on while I was managing its social channels: it became an official sponsor of the US Open, launched the DD Performance bars, and not to mention its always-on worldwide social audience that’s engaged 24/7 asking questions about products and commenting on what’s new.

Moxy Times Square Social Media & Influencer Management
There were three main phases of managing social media for Moxy Times Square: pre-opening content to generate bookings ahead of opening its doors, grand opening coverage, and the revolving door of fabulous celebrity-filled events that followed. There were influencer partnerships aplenty, late-night events collaborating with the TAO Group social media team, and constant community management threads creating relationships with hotel guests and restaurant visitors.

The Knot social media engagement and traffic acquisition
While I was an editor at The Knot, Facebook and Instagram Live videos were a newly rolled-out feature and unexplored territory for deepening social engagement. I pitched and hosted Facebook live videos regularly, and led our Pinterest growth strategy, increasing traffic from both platforms.
